the New Year with our elegant gala dinner, where each festive dish adds joy to
the occasion.
Our
seafood specialty, a perfectly sautéed lobster, is accompanied by a sauce
lightly infused with seasonal Okinawan tankan citrus and a tarragon purée from
Our Farm’s herbs, all artfully garnished with a charcoal-finished tuile.
The main course showcases Okinawan Japanese Black
wagyu and foie gras, beautifully plated with Yomitan-harvested burdock arranged
to resemble a Japanese New Year’s pine decoration.
From
the welcome dishes to dessert, this feast of luxurious ingredients and
farm-fresh produce will enhance your celebration.
