Our seafood specialty, a roasted lobster dish, is elevated with a sauce infused with our original "aromatic koji," made from Our Farm’s herbs and complemented by lemon confit.
The main course highlights Okinawan Japanese Black beef and foie gras, enhanced by a robust sauce of Yomitan’s signature miso and savory meat jus. Savor an inventive fusion of premium ingredients and traditional local flavors.
