Assorted Vegetables with Bagna cauda local Miso Flavor (Lunch and Dinner)
The dish is the best way to fully enjoy the flavor of seasonal vegetables especially from "OUR FARM". Enjoy with our Miso flavored, rich, mild, and full-bodied original sauce.
Okinawan Dishes (Lunch and Dinner)
We offer Okinawan Dishes especially in-room Dining. "Su chi kah (salted pork belly)", "Ji ma mi Tofu(made from peanuts)" and "Umu-kuji Tempura (made with red potato scraps)" are good with Okinawan Sake. Famous Okinawan noodles and Chunpuru are also available.
Peperoncino with local Chili Pepper (Dinner)
Peperoncino is filled with colorful vegetables and accented with the spiciness of island chili peppers. It is a hearty dish, so we recommend to share.
