"World Oceans Day" Special Menu

To coincide with World Oceans Day on June 8th, Fine Dining offers a special menu. This menu supports the efforts to conserve marine biodiversity advocated by Relais & Châteaux, a global membership organization to which our hotel belongs. Enjoy new dishes created by Fine Dining's main chef, Masatomo Kina, that make use of sustainable seafood, local Okinawan ingredients, and pesticide-free vegetables and herbs from our own farm.
