This festive season, join us for an enchanting “Starry Terrace” Christmas dinner featuring gourmet ingredients from Okinawa and beyond.
The opening appetizer, Lobster Ceviche, served on a plate of ice to recreate the twinkling of stardust, is a succulent seasonal lobster paired with a sauce of creamy yogurt made from raw Okinawan milk and Okinawa's signature Shikuwasa lime. The main course is a poached fillet of the finest Black Angus beef, complemented by our “red and white” beetroot sauce and delicate truffle sauce, colors locally considered a good omen.
