freshly harvested vegetables, hand-picked at dawn when the morning dew still
glistens. As spring transitions into summer, an abundant variety of leafy
greens, root vegetables, and gourds flourish, inspiring our chefs to transform
them into exquisite dishes.
Each course is a tribute to the bold flavors and rich
aromas of produce cultivated in the lush Atta Forest, nestled at the foot of
Mount Onna. Paired with the finest local seafood and premium ingredients, this
seasonal dining experience captures the essence of Okinawa’s
