Under the theme "Our Farm to Table," The Atta Terrace Club Towers presents "Essence," a seasonal course dinner meticulously crafted by our chefs using freshly harvested vegetables and herbs from our own garden.

One of the highlights is a fragrant nage dish featuring locally sourced luxury fish, Mibai, and seafood, completed tableside with a rich prawn bisque and enhanced by an emulsion infused with kaffir lime from Our Farm. Enjoy dishes like pickled vegetables and compressed foie gras served with honey from our hotel's own apiary, or grilled Wagyu fillet complemented by a leafy vegetable sauce—each dish artfully showcasing the harvest of Our Farm.
