appetizer features seasonal sweet fish and limited-time white asparagus infused
with tropical aromas. The soup showcases kelp-coated greenling, refined into a
light and elegant broth. The main dish, a tender black Wagyu beef steak grilled
on a ceramic plate, delivers a rich depth of flavor. Enjoy the warm, exquisite
