"Superfoods" are foods that excel in nutritional balance, have higher nutritional value than typical foods, and contain exceptionally high levels of certain nutrients and health-promoting compounds. At La Tida, we offer a variety of superfoods in our breakfast area so you can easily incorporate them into your diet.
