To celebrate the arrival of early summer, we have curated a special teppanyaki menu that highlights the natural flavors of the finest ingredients. Savor the rich aroma of Okinawan Wagyu beef, expertly grilled right before your eyes, and enjoy freshly caught imayū sashimi, crafted in collaboration with the Japanese restaurant Mahae. Complementing the experience, we offer a selection of seasonal vegetables from Yanbaru, including nābērā (sponge gourd) and beni-imo (purple sweet potato), all beautifully prepared on the teppan for a truly immersive dining experience.
