Tour of the aged sake brewery
In December 2024, Japan’s traditional sake brewing, including Awamori, was inscribed as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. This program invites you to embark on a guided tour led by skilled artisans, offering an in-depth look at the Awamori brewing process and the storage of aged sake. Conclude your experience by savoring the rich, time-honored flavors that have been passed down through generations.

* The tour includes climbing and descending stairs to the 3rd floor.
* Some areas may be difficult to navigate in high heels, so please wear comfortable, easy-to-walk-in shoes.
* Please ensure that young children are accompanied with an adult.
* We kindly ask that guests who are driving refrain from sampling the awamori.
* Please refrain from eating natto (fermented beans) on the day of the tour, as it may affect the koji mold inside the distillery.
* Guests can have an original label created for a small bottle of awamori (300ml) upon request. (JPY 1,500 per person, including tax).
