Club Spa facilities are for the exclusive use of registered guests of The Atta Terrace Club Towers, male or female, who are over the age of 18.
Guests who wear contact lenses are asked to remove them before receiving treatment.
Please be advised that residual oils may stain clothing.
Food and alcohol should not be consumed 30 minutes prior to or following treatment.
Please inform our estheticians should you not be feeling well on the day of your appointment. Those with sunburn or other types of skin irritations may be advised to alter their choice of treatment.
Please refrain from bringing your own cosmetic products into Club Spa.
To maintain proper hygiene throughout our facilities, individuals with severe cases of athlete's foot or other highly contagious skin conditions may be asked to refrain from using our services.
Swim wear is not required within Club Spa, but rentals are offered for those guests who prefer to wear a swimsuit while using the facility.
Smoking is prohibited throughout Club Spa.
To ensure ample time for the treatment of your choice, we ask that you arrive at least ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
From start to finish, your time at the Club Spa will typically last 30 minutes longer than the time given on the program menu.
To make cancellations or changes after booking, kindly reach out to us by 12:00 p.m. the day prior to your reservation. Cancellations beyond this deadline will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
All prices are inclusive of consumption tax and are subject to service charge.
