Indulge in sumptuous, layered flavors woven with fragrant hazelnuts and rich, dark caramel. This is a special Christmas cake brought to you with gratitude for our hotel's 25th anniversary. Relish the extra-dark chocolate from Valrhona, the pinnacle of French chocolate, in our chocolate mousse. We layered it with a citrus mousse that also serves as a refreshing accent and finished it with a glossy glaze. The decorated trees and three-colored truffles are all handmade, also using Valrhona chocolate. Celebrate a heartwarming Christmas, sharing the joy of our premium selections.
