Since 2010, The Terrace Hotels have enjoyed a culinary partnership with Corsica’s Grand Hôtel de Cala Rossa. This special event highlights a collaboration between the hotel’s renowned star chef, Pascal Cayeux, and The Terrace Hotels’ culinary team, offering an exceptional dining experience that celebrates the artistry of fine cuisine. To enhance the evening, an exclusive selection of wines from The Terrace Hotels’ curated collection will be served, along with specially imported Corsican wines, chosen exclusively for this event.

About the collaboration between The Terrace Hotels and the Grand Hôtel de Cala Rossa
