During the Stay
- Is it possible to rent the apartment for 1 night?

Unfortunately, the minimum duration to rent is one month and the contract is on a monthly basis.
- What are the procedures to confirm my reservation?

As soon as we receive your reservation request, we will send you a set of documents required for the contract by e-mail.
Please fill in all the necessary items and return it by e-mail, fax or mail.
The reservation will be confirmed upon the confirmation of the advanced payment and return of the contract.
On the first day of your check-in, we will stamp the contract and will request for identification.
Please bring your seal (unregistered seal is accepted) and identification documents (drivers’ license or passport). - What kind of equipment and amenities are available?

Kitchenette with plates and cooking utensils, television, bed (Superior Suite: 2 / Premium Suite: 3), washing machine and dryer are equipped.
Amenities and linen will be prepared and replenished once a week during the housekeeping service.
Additional amenities or linen is available for an additional charge. - What kind of TV channels are available?

NHK General, NHK Educational, RBC-(Local TV), OTV-(Local TV), QAB-(Local TV), NHK BS 1, NHK BS Premium, BS-Nippon Corporation, BS Asahi, BS-TBS, BS TV TOKYO, BS-Fuji, BS 11, BS 12 TwellV are available.
*For other BS and CS broadcasts, please contact the broadcaster directly. - Can I connect to the internet?

Free wi-fi is available within The Naha Terrace Club Residence including your rooms.
- Is there a land-line telephone?

Unfortunately, land-line telephone is not equipped. You can contact our concierge through the interphone.
If you wish to set a land-line telephone in your room, please contact the telecommunication company directly. - Is there a trunk room?

Trunk room is available in the basement (additional charge).
The number of trunk rooms are limited so please contact us in advance. - Do you allow pets in the apartment?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed (service dogs are allowed).
- Are non-smoking / smoking rooms available?

All rooms are non-smoking.
- Can we use the apartment as an office?

Unfortunately, we do not permit to use the apartment as an office.
- How many people are allowed in each room?

Superior Suite: 2 adults (1 child below 6 and under, sharing existing bedding)
Premium Suite: 4 adults (2 children below 6 and under, sharing existing bedding)
Unfortunately, guests who are not mentioned in the documents are not permitted to enter or stay in the room. - What is included in the rent?

Utilities (electricity, gas and water), house-keeping (once a week), concierge service, access to The Naha Terrace’s facilities (club lounge, pool, sauna and gym) and cleaning fee after your check-out.
- Are extra beds available?

Unfortunately, no extra beds are available.
- Can I change the name on the contract?

Unfortunately, the contract cannot be transferred once you have checked in.
- Can I request the floor of my apartment?

Requests are accepted but we may not be able to fulfill your request (subject to availability).
- From when will cancellation fee be charged?

Please see cancellation policy below.
・Up to one month prior to the arrival date: No charge
・From one month to 15 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of 1 month rent.
・From 14 days to 4 days prior to the arrival date: 80% of 1 month rent.
・From 3 days to the arrival date: 100% of 1 month rent. - Can I terminate my contract? If so, will there be a refund?

We do not accept cancellations or refunds mid contract.
However, in case of uncontrollable circumstances, please get in touch with us. - How long is it possible to rent the apartment?

The maximum duration to rent is one year.
- Can I extend my contract (recontract)?

Extension of the contract is possible but it is subject to availability.
Please notify us 30 days prior to the end of the contract. - Is it possible to pay the rent in advance?

The rent, parking fees, trunk room fee must be fully paid one week before the start of the contract.
- Is security deposit necessary?
-
No security deposit is necessary.
- Will there be an extra charge upon check-out?
-
The cleaning fee after check-out is included in the rent, therefore, there will be no extra change.
However, if there is damage due to intentional negligence of the residents, or stains that are noticeable, you will be changed for the repair cost. - Will tax be charged?

The rent is not subject to tax as per the taxation law.
- Can I use credit card for paying my rent?

Yes, credit cards are accepted (VISA, JCB, AMEX, MasterCard, UC, DC, NICOS, SAISON, OCS only).
- Can I use my debit card for my payment?

Unfortunately, debit cards are not accepted.
- When I use the facilities of The Naha Terrace (restaurants, bars, esthetic room etc.,) can I ask to charge the bill to my room?

Yes, it is possible.
The bills will be generated on a weekly basis; therefore, the payments must also be made by credit card (VISA, JCB, AMEX, Diners, UC, DC, NICOS, MasterCard, SAISON, OCS, debit card, UnionPay card are accepted) or bank transfer on a weekly basis. - What kind of services are available?

Concierge service, access to The Naha Terrace’s facilities (club lounge, pool, sauna and gym), discount on breakfast in restaurants at The Naha Terrace, use of the room service (additional charge) and access to our sister properties.
- How will I receive my key?

A member of the concierge team will hand you your key upon your check-in.
- What time is the check-in & check-out?

Both check-in and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
- Can you keep my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, we can keep your luggage, however, as the space is limited, please contact us in advance.
- Is there a swimming pool or fitness gym?

Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool or fitness gym within the residence, however, you have complimentary access to use the pool and gym at The Naha Terrace.
- Are there any restaurants?

Unfortunately, there are no restaurants within the residence, however, there is a continental, Japanese and Teppanyaki restaurant at The Naha Terrace.
- How often is housekeeping available?

Housekeeping is available once a week (Frequency can be increased for an additional charge).
- Can I request the date for housekeeping?

Unfortunately, the dates for housekeeping are fixed. Please contact us for more details.
- Is there a laundry service?

Laundry service is available for an additional fee.
If you wish to use this service, please fill in the necessary items in the form and put your laundry in a laundry bag placed in your room.
Please contact the concierge service so that they can pick it up from your room or you may bring your laundry bag directly to the concierge desk. - Do you have any items for rent?

Yes, we have cribs and humidifiers available.
As the number is limited, please contact us in advance. - Who do I contact in case of plumbing or other issues?

Please contact the concierge desk from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. From 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., please contact The Naha Terrace.
- Is there a parking lot for cars and bicycles?

Only parking for cars are available at the automated parking.
Due to limited space, one car per room is available. - Is parking fee charged separately?

Yes, the parking fee varies according to the type of vehicle.
Please contact us for more details. - Is there a monorail station or taxi stand nearby?

The nearest monorail stations are “Makishi Station” and “Omoromachi Station”.
The Naha Terrace Club Residence is a 5-minute taxi ride from both stations and a 15-minute walk from Omoromachi Station.
If you need to arrange for taxi, please contact the concierge desk.
