Planned Power Outage Notice (March 11, 2025)

Dear Valued Customer, 

Please be advised that we will conduct a mandatory inspection of our electrical  power system at The Terrace Club at Busena. In order to safely conduct the inspection, power will be turned off for a few hours starting from the time shown below.

• Scheduled Time :March 11, 2025 from 1:00 a.m. - 4:00 a.m

Public space & guest rooms 

*During the scheduled time, the power outage will affect some of our guest room's internet connection (including wi-fi), lighting, air-conditioning, hot-water supply as well as other in-room electronic goods. Water-supply and its pressure may also be limited but toilets will not be affected.
*During the scheduled time, only 1 elevator will be operational.
