Pilates Work

Duration Every Monday and Friday
Hours 10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. / 2:30 p.m. - 3:15 p.m.
Capacity For groups up to 6 people  * Group Lesson
Price JPY 5,000 per person  (Inc. tax and exc. service charge)
Location Outdoor area
* In case of inclement weather, the session will be held in the relaxation room on the 2nd floor of the Wellness Thalasso area.
Reservation Until 8:00 p.m. on the previous day

Yoga Work

Duration Every Wednesday and Sunday
Hours April - September/6:30 a.m. - 7:15 a.m.
October - March/7:00 a.m. - 7:45 a.m.
Capacity For groups up to 6 people  * Group Lesson
Price JPY 5,000 per person (Inc. tax and exc. service charge)
Location Outdoor area
